Yoga Asana
Asana brings vitality to our life. It improves our strength and flexibility. It brings physical and mental balance. The practice of asana can help in managing stress and emotional fluctuations. Dynamic sequences such as Hatha yoga flow can help bring more positive energy and improve physical and mental health. Restorative yoga sessions can be very useful for bringing deep relaxation, teaching you how to let go of accumulated tension and stress. It will bring you into a state of complete relaxation, allowing the body system to rejuvenate.

Breathing Technique like alternate nostril breathing, balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain, promoting mental clarity and emotional equilibrium. It is particularly useful for managing stress and anxiety. Similarly there are many other breathing technique which can enhance focus, concentration and develop a deep sense of calm and centeredness. Breathing technique teaches you to stay grounded in the present moment. The vibrations created during chanting bring about a sense of calmness and inner peace helping in emotional regulation and stress relief.
Incorporating Bhajans and chanting meditation into the retreat provides an uplifting and soothing practice.
